Mr.Jogi Venkateswara Rao is the Founder, Managing director of Swarnalatha Spintex Pvt Ltd. He began his business career at the young age as Civil Contractor. Executing the government projects like laying roads, constructing bridges, etc. With this experience, In the year 2000 he started his construction company namely M/s.J.V.Constructions. He has built more than 20 high scale apartments and Commercial buildings in Bangalore and Hyderabad. He turned his focus to manufacturing industries in the year 2010 and started an agro based industry named as Swarnalatha Agrotech Pvt Ltd manufacturing rice bran oil and deoiled cake. After the successful commissioning and commercial operations, He has started Swarnalatha Spintex (P) Ltd in the year 2012 with the aim to be a prominent player in textile value chain. With his business enthusiasm and able guidance, the name is well established in the yarn market across the country and major overseas markets.
Director - operations
Mr.N.Haribasker, Director – Operations. He is a Textile graduate with 25 years of extensive experience in setting up spinning green field projects. Tuning the process/machines to gain the maximum productivity and to meet bench mark quality standards. He travels a lot including domestic and international textile destinations to discover new markets which enables in developing innovative products accommodating the dynamic needs of changing textile designs and fashion.
Under his exemplary leadership, the mill consolidated its strength with multiple expansion of products and automations within a short span of time. He firmly believes in empowering and developing his team of professional to ensure the overall sustainable growth of the industry in a right direction.
