PROCESS

Process

In swarnalatha spintex .
Processing done by several steps,Take a look on the below steps.

MIXING

To achieve consistent final product form highly variable characteristics of input fibers, mixing of different lots is done. Segregation takes place before mixing to remove unwanted contamination in raw material.

BLOW ROOM

The main function of blow room is opening of material with gentle treatment, cleaning, dust removing, blending and uniformly feeding to the next stage of carding without increasing fiber rupture by sequence of different machines.

CARDING

"Carding is the heart of spinning" the main objective of carding is to open the tufts to individual fibers, parallel & straight, to remove remaining trash, short fibers, Neps and to produce a rove like fibers called sliver which is uniform in per unit length "CARD WELL TO SPIN WELL

DRAW FRAME

The carding slivers are feed into the draw frame and are Stretched/Straightened and made into a single sliver. Drafting, equalizing, parallelizing, blending & dust removal and hooks created at carding are removed.

LAP FORMER

In lap former; slivers of draw frame are feed to form a lap condensed with a slight draft and weighing as per set length such lap former is sufficient to feed combers..

COMBING

Combing is the fine process which is used to upgrade the raw material and to produce an improvement in yarn quality by eliminating of short fibers, elimination of remaining impurities and elimination of Neps.

FR.DRAWING

The object of draw frame is to double and draft the sliver and thereby make every sliver. Parallelizing of fibers and auto leveling of linear density variations in feeding to get constant linear density of output sliver..

SIMPLEX

In Simplex/Roving section it reduces the linear density of draw frame sliver by drafting. After reducing the linear density the sliver is transfer into roving (a thin form of rope). This is the first stage where twist is inserted for making a yarn in spinning. The output of this section is roving which is wind on a bobbin and this is suitable for further process.

RING FRAME

The basic principal of ring spinning is to attenuate roving until the desired fineness is reached, to impart strength to the fiber by applying twist, to wind up the resulting yarn in a package suitable for storage, transport and further processing.

AUTOCONE WINDER

The cops which is prepared in the ring frame is not suitable for further processing, so the yarn is converted into the shape of cone by eliminating the faults and contamination in yarn with the help of EYC and joining the ends with splicer.

PACKING

The object of packing is to check the cones for visual defects and pack the material carefully with necessary labels and store at suitable place for easy transportation.
